Men whose sperm had a higher-than-normal level of DNA damage improved their sperm count quality by ejaculating every day for one week before their partners' peak fertility. Prior to the daily ejaculation, 32% of the groups sperm was rated as damaged, on average.

After the daily ejaculation, damaged sperm fell to 24% overall - with 80% of men dropping to 12% damaged sperm with improved motility.

Why ejaculating frequently works:

The longer sperm stays in the testicular ducts, the greater its exposure to free radicals, which damage sperm.
